Honoring Your Birth Story: Reflect on and process your birth experience with compassion, honoring both the arrival of your baby and the birth of you as a mother. 5. Who Am I Now?: Navigate the emotional complexity of postpartum life while reconnecting with your identity, values, body, and inner wisdom. 6. Reclaiming Support and Connection: Identify what you need physically, emotionally, and relationally so you can communicate your needs and build a stronger circle of support.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are intended to be used across pregnancy and the postpartum period, with timing personalized based on your due date, birth experience, and current needs. While the suggested structure includes three sessions before birth and three after birth, topics may be adjusted so each session meets what feels most present, supportive, and nourishing at the time. All six sessions will be scheduled at agreed upon times. To reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Because this package reserves ongoing support and planning time, payments are non-refundable once sessions have begun. If special circumstances arise, please reach out directly to discuss possible options. This package provides non-clinical mental health coaching and maternal wellness support. It does not include psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment. If clinical concerns, urgent mental health needs, or safety concerns arise, you will be encouraged to contact your medical provider, a licensed mental health professional, or crisis support.
