Service Description
Mental Health Coaching can help you navigate your vast emotional landscape, define a vision for a more beautiful transition, and create rituals that embed meaning and beauty in your day to day. During coaching sessions we'll explore the emotional, mental, and practical shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum. No topic is off limits. Below are just a few of the topics we can cover together. - Exploring how motherhood reshapes your sense of self, priorities, and purpose. - Discovering the evolving meaning of "balance between family, work, etc. - Understanding the vast emotional landscape - from joy to grief and beyond. - Addressing physical changes, mom guilt, & cultivating compassion and acceptance. - Navigating communication, defining roles, and exploring intimacy. - Creating grounding rituals that build connection and drive meaning.
Cancellation Policy
Your first week of Baby & Me Yoga is free. You’ll be asked to enter your payment information when you sign up, but you will not be charged during the free trial period. After the free trial ends, your plan will automatically continue at $20 per week for 5 weeks, unless you cancel before the trial ends. This plan includes access to the live virtual Baby & Me Yoga container, meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 6 PM EST via Zoom. If you decide the class is not the right fit, you may cancel anytime before the end of your free trial to avoid being charged. Once the paid portion of the plan begins, weekly payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to receive email and/or text reminders related to your booking, class access, payment status, and plan updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating in postpartum movement. This class is intended to offer gentle movement, bonding, and relaxation, but it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating, you confirm that you have been cleared for movement and agree to listen to your body throughout class. Birth of A Mom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled by Birth of A Mom, participants will be notified and offered a makeup class or appropriate credit. By purchasing this plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
