Join a virtual, weekly prenatal Yoga container designed to help you connect with your body, connect with your baby, and feel held in community. How it works: 🧘🏽♀️ First Session is free 🗓️ $15/session charged weekly after that if you sign up for a subscription. Or $20/ class without subscription. ❎ Cancel anytime What You Can Expect During Sessions: Each session begins with connection and conversation with other moms-to-be, followed by gentle pregnancy-focused movement to support connection, ease common discomforts, build body awareness, and calm the mind. We’ll close with a nourishing meditation to help you feel grounded, restored, and supported for the rest of your day.

Cancellation Policy
Your first week of Baby & Me Yoga is free. You’ll be asked to enter your payment information when you sign up, but you will not be charged during the free trial period. After the free trial ends, your plan will automatically continue at $20 per week for 5 weeks, unless you cancel before the trial ends. This plan includes access to the live virtual Baby & Me Yoga container, meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 6 PM EST via Zoom. If you decide the class is not the right fit, you may cancel anytime before the end of your free trial to avoid being charged. Once the paid portion of the plan begins, weekly payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to receive email and/or text reminders related to your booking, class access, payment status, and plan updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating in postpartum movement. This class is intended to offer gentle movement, bonding, and relaxation, but it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating, you confirm that you have been cleared for movement and agree to listen to your body throughout class. Birth of A Mom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled by Birth of A Mom, participants will be notified and offered a makeup class or appropriate credit. By purchasing this plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
