Meet Your Coach
I'm Nicol - A mom, founder of Girlz,FTW (a global nonprofit helping women unlearn limiting beliefs), an avid reader, and a yoga lover. My passion has always centered around helping women live life on their own terms. When I was pregnant with my daughter I found myself craving a deeper, more meaningful connection with the transition into motherhood. I wanted this transition to feel magical. I built Birth of a Mom because it was something I wish I had throughout pregnancy and the fourth trimester. If you find yourself thinking "I thought it'd be more beautiful than this..." - you're in the right place. My mission is to work with you to make this transition a sacred rite of passage.
